Pinkfresh Studio | Scrapbook Layout – December Challenge

It’s that time of the month again: there is a new challenge from Pinkfresh Studio. And, obviously, since the holiday season is now in full swing and (almost) everyone has Christmas on their minds, the challenge is simple: Holiday everything!

The layout I created for this challenge features the beautiful Pinkfresh Studio Holiday Vibes* collection and a cutfile from the Silhouette store (Design ID 174973). I cut the cutfile as large as I could with my Silhouette Portrait and backed most of the hearts with patterned papers from the collection.

Pinkfresh Studio | Joy Layout | Holiday Vibes, December Challenge

To give this page a cold and snow-y look, I decided to use lots of blues but I just had to mix in some of the pretty coral and red tones and some green in there, too! That dark blue patterned paper with the white images and phrases is probably my absolute favorite paper in the whole collection, so I just had to use it!

The embellishing was pretty easy, since there are SO MANY gorgeous elements in the ephemera pack! Whatever you choose, it will most likely fit your project. I used quite a few of the die cuts around my page, like the cute strings of lights that I added in three different spots or the fir twigs with the red bow.

I wanted to keep this layout very clean with lots of white space to keep that snow-y feel, so I only sprinkled some more enamel dots and epoxy wood buttons around, and finally added some golden paint splatters.

I am SO happy with how this page turned out! To be honest, all of the layouts I created with the Holiday Vibes collection so far range among my favorite layouts that I made this year!
